Prometheus, a titan from Ancient Greek mythology is said to have gifted man with fire, a source of light, heat and power that became the catalyst for the evolution of mankind. Taking the story of Prometheus as inspiration this large scale light installation takes you on a journey; an exploration of the relationship between colour and sound, invoking a spectrum of emotions along the way. 

 

This piece was created in collaboration with Stuart Mellor who designed the soundtrack at the heart of the piece. Prometheus premiered at Leeds Light Night 2015.
